Christ’s Blessing Icon
About this piece
Christ’s Blessing. This icon depicts Christ giving His blessing, a gesture that conveys divine love, guidance, and protection. Traditionally, His right hand is raised in blessing while His left holds the Gospel, symbolizing His role as Teacher and Savior. This sacred image serves as a visual reminder of Christ’s eternal presence, inviting contemplation, prayer, veneration, and spiritual connection.
This Christ’s Blessing icon is carefully glued onto solid hardwood and sealed under a smooth, glossy epoxy resin, resulting in a vibrant finish. Once set, each piece is trimmed to size, sanded to perfection, and finished with a high-quality wood treatment oil that enhances the natural beauty. Available in two exquisite wood types—African Padauk and Black Walnut—and in three sizes, each piece carries its own unique tone and presence.
Since each icon is individually crafted by hand, subtle variations in size and tone may occur. The artisanal process ensures each piece is unique, adding to its authentic character and charm. All available sizes feature a uniform thickness of 2.5 cm.
A timeless and reverent piece, perfect for display in your home, prayer space, or as a meaningful gift.

I've ordered four icons from Sahurimade and just placed another order for two! If you're considering purchasing an icon, look no further! I wholeheartedly recommend Sahurimade; his prices are unbeatable! I've bought icons from various other shops, and they were significantly more expensive for the same size.
