Hand-Carved Olive Wood Nativity Christmas Ornament
Hand-Carved Olive Wood Nativity Christmas Ornament
The most special piece in the collection. Each one is a slice cut straight across a branch of an olive tree from Bethlehem, Palestine, so the natural bark wraps the entire edge, the full round of the branch just as it grew. Into that disc, the Nativity scene is carved entirely by hand.
No mold and no machine. Every slice comes off the branch at its own size and shape, some round, some oval, ranging anywhere from about 6 cm to 10 cm across, and every carving is worked by hand. The bark, the grain, the shape, and the scene are different on every single piece, so the one you receive is a surprise, chosen for you and truly one of a kind.
A heirloom-quality keepsake and a deeply meaningful gift for a wedding, a baptism, or Christmas, carrying a living piece of the Holy Land into your home. Arrives ready to hang.
Size: Varies by piece, approx. 6–10 cm across. Because each is cut and carved by hand, you’ll receive a unique piece, no two are alike.
