This website is operated by Creations Sahuri Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), operating as SahuriMade. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Creations Sahuri Inc. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. Products and Custom Engraving

Our products are Orthodox icons, crosses, and related devotional items, handcrafted in Montreal, Canada. Because each piece is individually made by hand, subtle variations in size, tone, grain, and finish may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Colors shown on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product due to monitor and photography differences.

Custom engraving: Where offered, custom engraving is added to the back of an icon based on the text you provide at checkout. Please review your spelling, dates, and wording carefully before placing your order. Because engraved items are made to order and personalized to you, the text cannot be changed once the order is placed, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund except where the item arrives damaged or the engraving does not match your submitted order.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information (including pricing) at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada, the United States, and worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at the email below, including your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged or that differ from what you ordered.

Personalized and custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where they arrive damaged or do not match your submitted order.

6. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
