What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Are your icons ready to ship, or made to order?
We carry a small selection of icons in stock, but most of our pieces are made to order. This allows each creation to receive our full care and attention.
How long does it take to process an order?
Our current processing time is approximately one week before shipping. Custom or larger orders may require additional time — we’ll keep you updated if so.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if your order hasn’t entered production yet.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, followed by another email with tracking information once your order ships.
Craftsmanship & Materials
Are your icons and crosses handmade?
Yes. Each icon, cross, and wooden artwork is handcrafted in Montreal, Canada. Icons are printed, embedded in solid wood, and sealed under a clear layer of epoxy to preserve their beauty for generations.
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted from solid hardwood, with archival-quality prints and a protective epoxy finish. We have four exquisite wood types: Amaranth, African Padauk, Black Walnut, and Cherry. We take great care to create sacred art that endures.
How should I care for my icon or wooden piece?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, or harsh cleaning products to maintain the finish.
Shipping, Pickup & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Montreal location. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec. Select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we provide local delivery within the West Island of Montreal. Choose Local Delivery at checkout if available, or contact us to confirm eligibility.
How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: about 1 week before shipment
- Shipping within Canada: typically 3–10 business days
- U.S. & international: usually 1–3 weeks, depending on customs and carrier
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it.
